36 new COVID cases in one day

More new cases of COVID-19 were reported here in a two-day period this past week than the entire first three months after the virus officially arrived in Dawson County. Thirty-six residents of the county were confirmed with the virus this past Thursday alone, according to information reported by the South Plains Public Health District.
