Lamesa’s Zadrian Morales medaled at the Plains Cross Country Invitational cross country meet held last Saturday at Denver City’s Yoakum County Golf Course. Morales finished eighth in the boys race by covering that three-mile course in 20:11. “Zadrian ended up getting beat by only three of our district opponents,” Coach Rose Mary McCall said. “The times on each of his miles were very consistent.
