Despite the uncertainty that the upcoming academic year brings, O’Donnell Superintendent Dr. Cathy Palmer is excited to see what this year holds for her district. Aside from the newly hired girls basketball coach, O’Donnell ISD is not experiencing much change on its campus. Palmer and her staff have tailored the new health and safety regulations to ensure that they provide the best possible teaching environment for the students.
