Two residents of the Focused Care at Lamesa skilled nursing facility who died of COVID-19 last month both had the virus when they arrived at the facility, a Focused Care official has reported. Both came to the Lamesa facility from a Focused Care nursing home in Midland, according to Alice Gonzalez, the executive director of operations at Focused Care at Lamesa.
