After seeing this past high school sports season cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most area coaches are excited about the UIL’s spring training which got underway this week.
High school athletes may not only work on their strength and conditioning but also their specific sports.
Klondike is holding specific sports workouts Monday through Thursday from 4 until 6 p.m. and its gym is open from 4 until 6 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
“It’s just going to be good to see our kids again. It’s been a while,” Klondike Coach Dalton DeGraffenreid said.
