Local economic development officials opted Monday to delay action on a proposal to fund development of a strategic plan for Lamesa. Two representatives of a firm called Catalyst met with directors of the Lamesa Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) and Lamesa Economic Alliance Project (LEAP) during their regular monthly meeting.
