Development of a policy regarding the placement of permanent or temporary pipelines in the right-of-way of county roads will again be a focus of discussion by the Dawwson County Commissioners Court this coming week. That is one of the items on the agenda for the commissioners court’s regular meeting at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the county courtroom at the courthouse.
