Officials with the Lamesa Area Chamber of Commerce announced Tuesday they will be sponsoring a parade later this month to recognize the seniors graduating from high school in Lamesa and the surrounding area. The parade is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Friday, May 29, traveling from Forrest Park to the downtown square and back to the park. Graduates from Lamesa, Klondike, Dawson, Sands, and O’Donnell are invited to participate.
