For the first time since late March, local residents will have an opportunity beginning Friday to go to a hair salon or barber shop to get their hair cut or styled. Texas Governor Greg Abbott made the announcement Tuesday that those and other similar businesses – including cosmetology salons, nail salons, and tanning salons – may open under certain guidelines.
