While city and county offices here are re-opening with the relaxation of statewide COVID-19 restrictions, it is not yet business as usual.
Lamesa’s City Hall reopened its doors to the public on Friday, the first day allowed under the governor’s orders.
At this time, however, only the north entrance doors are open.
Immediately inside the doors, visitors will be required to stop and fill out a brief health questionnaire. A city employee also will take each visitor’s temperature.
