A net loss of just over $200,000 is being projected for the Dawson County Hospital District for the 2020- 2021 fiscal year beginning April 1.
That’s according to the budget approved by the district’s board of directors during t this past Thursday.
“It is a clean budget and shows absolute stability for the past three years,” Letha Stokes, the district’s chief executive officer, told the Press-Reporter.
That new budget projects total revenues at about $34.86 million. Expenses, contractual allowances and bad debt expenses are listed at a combined total of about $35.05 million.
