In a called meeting this past Monday night, the Borden County ISD board of trustees named Stephanie Behrens as the lone finalist for the superintendent’s position at the school, according to a story in this past week’s edition of The Borden Star newspaper. Behrens presently is the Assistant Superintendent and Principal of Timpson ISD, located northeast of Nacogdoches, Texas. She has 24 years of experience having worked in various positions in Panhandle ISD, Claude ISD, Poteet ISD, and Goldthwaite ISD.
