With the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 issue, the Mesa Underground Water Conservation District will now be serving customers by phone only until further notice.
Jacob Hernandez, the district’s general manager, said the district will be operating during this time with the doors of its office locked.
“We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however, we feel that this is the best way to make sure that we will be able to provide continuous service to our customers,” Hernandez said in a written statement on Friday.
“We will continue to operate in a manner that is safe and effective for our community.”
