School begins serving meals The Lamesa school system began serving meals to all children under the age of 18 on Wednesday Meals are being served each weekday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at North Elementary, South Elementary and Middle School. The meal on Mondays through Thursdays will include lunch and breakfast. On Friday of each week it will include breakfast and lunch for Saturday and Sunday as well. “The meals will be served curbside to you so please do not exit your vehicles,” Liz Poage, the school’s chief fi nancial offi cer, said in a bulletin about the service.
