Austin Pfluger, a former Air Force pilot and national security advisor, appears to have captured the Republican nomination for U.S. Representative serving this area. In a crowded 10-person race, district-wide results being reported Wednesday morning showed Pfluger captured 52 percent of the total to win the nomination without a runoff.
