Hospital board pulls trigger on Family Birth Place expansion ANDREWS – The hospital board on Tuesday approved publishing a request for qualifications to expand Permian Regional Medical Center’s Family Birth Place. The reason for the expansion project? It’s due to a major increase in baby deliveries at PRMC over the past year, according to PRMC CEO Donny Booth.
