The developers of the planned Vista Park residential development in Lamesa announced this week they have signed agreements with all of the key team members for the project. Those agreements move the Vista Park development project closer to an anticipated ground-breaking in June or July of 2020, pending approval by the City of Lamesa, according to the announcement by developers Ron Smith and Myles Richards.
