More than 450 people already have cast their ballots here for the upcoming party primary elections, according to County Clerk Clare Christy. The early voting period which began this past Tuesday had seen 353 people vote in person at the courthouse by the close of day on Friday, she said. Another 105 mail-in ballots also had been received by Friday. Early voting will continue through Friday, Feb. 28.
