A policy on temporary oilfield flowlines in the right-of-way of county roads is once again on the agenda for the Dawson County Commissioners Court. The court will meet at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the county courtroom at the Dawson County courthouse. Members of the commissioners court have twice previously discussed creation of a policy for temporary flowlines, with County Judge Foy O’Brien stating he would attempt to have a proposed policy in writing to consider at this week’s meeting.
