Lamesa’s junior high boys basketball teams found the going tough in last weekend’s Andrews Tournament. The Golden Tor seventh graders opened that tournament by getting thumped by Shallowater, 52-26. Kaleb Ramos’s 14 points led all Lamesa scoring in that game. Jayvin Longoria had four, Isaiah Martinez and Jeremiah Garza had three each, and Sawyer Brown had two.
