Although still more than a week away, the annual banquet of the Lamesa Area Chamber of Commerce already is a sellout. Chamber President Karen Mize said early this week that all tickets have been sold for the event, which will be held Feb. 6 at the Forrest Park Community Building. The annual banquet serves as a transition for the Chamber of Commerce, with new officers and directors for 2020 being introduced and outgoing officials recognized.
