Texas delegates at the American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) policy session led an effort to firmly establish guidelines for preventing further spread of cattle fever ticks. “Cattle fever ticks, and the disease they carry, can have a devastating impact on the cattle business,” Texas Farm Bureau (TFB) President Russell Boening said.
