O’Donnell’s basketball girls dialed long distance Friday night in their District 7-1A hoop opener at Loop.
Lnocking down 14 shots from outside the three-point arc, came home with a big 63-28 victory.
“We talked coming over here tonight about getting the ball inside the lane but they weren’t going to let us do that. To our girls’ credit, they recognized it,” OHS Coach Blake Nichols said.
“One of the things we liked about our shooting out there is that it was by five different girls not just one.”
