A slow start set the tone for the Golden Tornado basketball girls Tuesday evening up at Littlefield. The Lamesa girls are now 9-4 on the year after falling to the Wildcats, 60-24. The Golden Tors got off to a slow start down 17-5 at the end of the first quarter. Lamesa stuck with Little-field for most of the second quarter but the Wildcats were still up by 15 (30-15) at the break.
