The state football playoffs don’t officially start until next weekend, but don’t tell that to the O’Donnell Eagles or the Klondike Cougars.
Friday night’s six-man football game at O’Donnell between the two schools will practically be a playoff game. The winner will go on to play again next week in the bi-district playoffs against Ropes while the loser will be finished for the season.
“At the beginning of this season we already felt this game had the potential to come down to this,” Klondike Coach Dalton DeGraffenreid said.
