Several special events are being planned her to honor local military veterans in connection with Veterans Day on Nov. 11 Annual breakfast The annual Veterans Day breakfast hosted by Lamesa High School is scheduled for 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. next Monday at the Dawson County Senior Citizens Center. Putting the event for local veterans together this year are the LHS culinary program and the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America.
