State reports West Nile Virus confirmed in Lynn County TAHOKA – A Lynn County resident has been diagnosed with West Nile Virus (WNV), the first such case in this county investigated in 2019, according to a statement issued by the Texas Department of State Health Services Zoonosis Control Program on Oct. 17.
