A plea-bargaining agreement will allow Gabrielle Liegh Gonzalez to go free rather than spend any of her state jail sentence behind bars. Gonzalez, 27, pleaded guilty in 106th District Court here Wednesday to a felony charge alleging possession of less than one gram of methamphetamine. Under the terms of the plea-bargaining agreement worked out with the district attorney’s office, Gonzalez was sentenced by District Judge Reed Filley to serve 180 days in a state jail.
