City program seeks to spur local interest in volunteerism ANDREWS – A community can’t seemingly thrive without behind the scenes type work that possibly is unbeknownst to many. Volunteer efforts of numerous citizens are necessary for the success of numerous events and programs. City officials are seeking to increase volunteerism within the community and recently unveiled a program to accomplish that ambition.
