Plans by Lamesa’s Movieland Theater to offer a series of free classic movies on Mondays has been postponed until the spring, according to theater director Mike Roy. “Due to technical difficulties with equipment, we have had to cancel the classic movies for now but will bring them in the spring beginning March 2,” Roy said. Classic Movie Night was scheduled to begin this past Monday and run weekly through Nov. 18.
