Dress-up days and a pair of pep rallies are planned this week leading up to Klondike ISD’s annual homecoming football game on Friday evening. The homecoming queen and king will be crowned during halftime activities of Friday evening’s game six-man district football game between the Klondike Cougars and their cross-county rivals, the Sands Mustangs. Senior nominees for homecoming queen are Megan Arismendez, Maillee Weaver and Savannah Wiebe. Homecoming king nominees are seniors Corey Dyck, Ross Raines and Aaron Young.
