Failing to abide by her probation requirements has resulted in a 41-year-old female being ordered to serve time in the Texas prison system. Viviana Whitten was sentenced to serve three four-year prison sentences after Senior Judge Cecil Puryear of Lubbock, presiding here by assignment, found her guilty on three charges alleging fraudulent possession of identifying information.
