Directors of the Mesa Underground Water Conservation District approved the only water well permit requested Wednesday morning and began work on a set of bylaws for the organization.
Michael Wilcox had requested a permit for a domestic well and it was unanimously approved.
General manager Jacob Hernandez briefly discussed the proposed by-laws of the district and urged board members to review them and bring possible changes to future meeting.
“There’s no rush on these,” said Hernandez.
