One man was arrested on a felony drug charge and another on a misdemeanor charge after officers served a search warrant at a Lamesa residence early Thursday morning, according to a report from Lamesa Police Chief Dale E. Alwan Sr. Jacob Simon Dimas, age 33, was arrested on a third-degree felony charge of possession, within a drug-free zone, of less than one gram of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, according to the report.
