Special activities are being planned each day this week as the Sands school district holds its annual homecoming celebration at the school in Ackerly. The 2019 homecoming court features freshman Elysa Martinez, sophomore Charli Snell, junior Kylie Barnes, and senior Kaylee French. The queen will be announced and crowned prior to the Sands Mustangs’ homecoming football game against Wellman-Union on Friday. The school will have special homecoming dress-up days for students throughout the week.
