A joint planning meeting groundwater conservation districts located in or partly in the state-designated Groundwater Management Area 2 is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Llano Estacado Underground Water Conservation District office in Seminole. Texas Water Code Chapter 36 requires groundwater conservation districts to conduct joint planning within groundwater management areas.
