Klondike senior Aaron Young has apparently found a new home in the Cougars’ football attack.
After primarily playing linebacker on defense and guard on the Cougars’ offensive line, Young has been moved to running back.
It’s not taking Young long to take a liking to his new position. In last Friday’s three-way scrimmage at Whiteface, Young found the end zone three times. He had one score against Southland and two against Kress.
“There’s a big transition from the line to being a running back. Aaron’s still been working a lot on things like his footwork and balance,” Klondike Coach Dalton DeGraffenreid said.
