ANDREWS – A main water line feeding the city from wellfields sprang a major leak either late Thursday or early Friday and required repairs by city workers all day and into the night, according to city officials. The major leak in the University line that runs to the city was first detected by city workers when water pressure substantially lowered, Andrews City Manager Steve Eggleston said.
