Lamesa City Council members promised to review both its animal laws and the enforcement of those laws after hearing complaints from local citizens Tuesday evening. More than 20 people attended the council’s regular meeting, with a half-dozen of them directly addressing the council about encounters they or others have had with dogs running loose in the city.
