Plenty of music and other activities will be available this weekend at the annual Jamaica sponsored by Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. The event is slated for noon to 9 p.m. Sunday on the Our Lady of Guadalupe grounds at 407 N.E. Hartford in Lamesa. Our Lady of Guadalupe is celebrating the 70th anniversary of it founding this year. Headlining the entertainment is award-winning Lucky Joe, a vocalist, accordionist and songwriter from Edcouch. He released his debut album, Suerte, in 2013.
