City of Lamesa leaders will be focusing on development of the city’s 2019-2020 budget during a pair of meetings on back-to-back days this week. Budget workshops are planned as part of City Council meetings scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on both Monday and Tuesday at City Hall. Those workshops, according to the agendas for the two meetings, are for the “council to meet with city staff to discuss and set priorities for the 2019-2020 operating budget.” As part of the council meetings, those workshops are open for the public to attend.
