Menu Monday: Sloppy Joe’s, hash brown casserole, baked beans and dessert. Tuesday: Chicken spaghetti, peas and carrots, marinated tomato wedges and dessert. Wednesday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and cream gravy, California blend vegetables and dessert. Thursday: Cheese and onion enchiladas, pinto beans, Spanish rice, tossed salad and dessert. Friday: Baked port loin with gravy, fried okra, sweet potato casserole and dessert. Menus are subject to change.
