Lamesa will be hosting three big youth baseball tournaments this summer, according to local Cal Rip-ken and Babe Ruth baseball President Rick Wallace. From June 21 through 25, two Cal Ripken district baseball tournaments will be staged at the local Bill Weaver Youth Sports Complex. The two tournaments will be for the Cal Ripken league’s 12-and-under and 10-and-under divisions. The top teams in the district tournaments will then advance to their state tournaments.
