It certainly was an unusual situation in state district court here this past Wednesday. The defendant in one case was the victim in another. Two days after his 40th birthday, Adam Ogeda was sentenced to prison for fleeing from a peace officer. In an entirely separate case, 31-year-old Desi Delgado was handed a prison sentence for shooting Ogeda in the head.
