With this being Memorial Day weekend, Dawson County Cemetery is providing small American flags for people to place on the graves of their loved ones, according to Terri Stahl, administrator of the cemetery.
“We’ll have some flags on the porch of the office building,” Stahl said this past week, “and people are encouraged to get one and put it on the grave site of a loved one who served in the armed services.”
Visiting hours for the cemetery are 7 a.m. until 10 p.m.
