First United Methodist Church will offer a free community meal in celebration of Mother’s Day this coming Sunday, May 12, at 6 p.m. A brisket and baked potato meal will be served. The community meal, fun and fellowship takes place on the second Sunday of every month at the First United Methodist Church building, 409 North 3rd Street, in Lamesa. Everyone is welcome.
