Finding trouble hitting the ball, the O’Donnell Eagles fell 11-4 to Crosbyton on Friday night in the first game of their Class 1A baseball bi-district playoff series at Lubbock Coronado’s O’Banion Field. “We just couldn’t get our sticks going tonight,” O’Donnell Coach Justin Ramirez said following the game. The start of that contest was delayed about an hour and a half because of storms that swept through the Lubbock area.
