Four public hearings for requested zone changes or specific use permits, including land in northwestern Lamesa being considered for the construction of a three-story apartment complex and townhomes, will be held this coming week.
Those public hearings will be part of the Lamesa City Council’s regular meeting, which will get underway at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in City Hall, 601 South 1st Street.
Two separate agenda items will address property owned by Ronald Smith of Austin.
