Eight area high school golfers have booked reservations for the Region I-IA Golf Tournament. Both the Klondike Cougars and Sands Mustangs punched their tickets to regionals in the District 8-1A Golf Tournament that wrapped up this past Tuesday at Midland’s Ranchland Hills Golf Course. The finished as District 8-1A’s second place team. They shot a 439 on Tuesday at Midland after shooting a 392 a couple of weeks ago in the first round of the district tournament at Seminole’s Gaines County Golf Course.
