The Second Baptist Church in Lamesa will be hosting its monthly women’s luncheon this coming Thursday, from 12 noon to 1 p.m., at the church building, 1705 North Bryan Avenue. Second Baptist is uniting with Northridge Retirement Center to provide an Easter egg hunt for children at the Boys and Girls Club of Lamesa. Ladies who attend the luncheon are asked to bring a basket, plastic eggs and wrapped candy. All women are welcome to attend the luncheon and bring a friend for lunch and fellowship with friends.
